Suryodaya Holdings was founded on a simple belief: individually, our capital is limited, but together it can build nations. We exist to bring individual investors, professionals, and the Nepali diaspora together into a single, well-governed investment vehicle, pooling resources to participate in opportunities normally reserved for large institutions and a handful of well-connected investors.

Our name, Suryodaya, meaning “sunrise”, reflects our belief that Nepal stands at the beginning of a new economic era. We invest across a deliberately diversified portfolio: hydropower and renewable energy, agriculture and agro-processing, hotels and tourism, real estate and urban development, manufacturing and production, healthcare, and education.

This diversification is intentional because it spreads risk across sectors with different cycles, while positioning our investors to benefit from Nepal's long-term growth story in every direction it takes.
